A computer in our office has Windows ME with Office XP. Since loading Office XP on that computer, Outlook 2002 has produced several errors and the computer locks up, so it was decided we would uninstall Outlook 2002 and reinstall Outlook 2000. Everything works fine - no more error messages - but when a message is "forwarded", it is removed from the Inbox. It goes to the Sent folder, but doesn't remain in the Inbox like it should. I have checked the "E-mail Options" and made sure that "close original message on reply or forward" is checked. Under "Advanced E-Mail Options", under "saved messages", I made sure "save forwarded messages" was checked. Is there something I'm missing?
