Other users Contacts (Exchange 5.5/ Outlook XP/ Win2k)

We have a generic outlook mail box which is used for web inquires. 4 users have access to the mailbox with ownership/delegates right to all mailbox folders.

    A. Is there a way to add or access the web mailbox contacts list using the drop list under global listing?
    B. Other than bcc a reply from the mailbox to the mailbox, Is it possible to have a copy go into the web mailbox sent items?
    C. Currently, we can't create distribution list unless the contacts are in our contact mailbox.
    D. Nor can we update a contact within the distribution list.

Too Late in the day to bang head on desk! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I believe the things you desire can only be done when logged onto the account, not from a folder list view. For example, a sent item always goes to the logged users sent item folder. Same with adding a contact folder to your address book.

That's what I thought. Just hoping that somewhere there was a trick! Thanks for your wisdom!
