problems finding attachments (OE 6 WIN XP SP1)

A friend says that everytime he clicks on an email attachment, he gets the following error message:

"windows can not find 'c:documents and settingsWilliam boekholderlocal settingstemporary internet filescontent.ies0185qv8xiraqnave.jpg'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again, click the start button, and then click search.

Each error message refers to the different JPG file the attachment has. Any ideas as to what could be the problem.

<img src=/S/hello.gif border=0 alt=hello width=25 height=29> Not exactly clear what the question is, are you saying he can see the attachment, but not open it? The error reading suggests to me his temp folder is not setup to store email attachments under the user's name.
