Easiest method is to

Configure your BIOS to boot from the CD

Boot your Windows XP CD

From the Windows XP installation menus choose to format the C drive as part of the installation[/list]StuartR

You can also go here WinXP Startup Disks and download the Startup Disks for WinXP and use them to load WinXP.

Just in case your interested. Here is little Gem { Boot Disk} that will let you install Win95,Win98,Win2000 or WinXP and it is very easy to use. I have used it for every OS listed above except Win95. EZ Install It Formats and partitions and everything. What I thought was cool is Microsofts WinXP Startup disks uses 6 Floppys and EZ Install does it with just the one floppy, for all of them. I have used it several times with WinXP and it does the exact same thing Microsofts 6 floppys does.

Thanks very much Stuart. I tried the method you suggested and it worked perfectly.
