Page Setup Only Effects First Page (97)

I have a 17 sheet workbook that gets printed often in color to check the layout. My problem is that when I go to print I choose a few sheets then hit "Active Sheets" or "Entire Workbook" and print it in draft mode. The only one of the selected sheets that prints in draft is the first. The rest always print in full color mode. Am I missing something to get this printed in draft mode across the selected sheets? Thanks in advance.

Are you selecting all the applicable sheets when you are using Page Setup? Page Setup applies only to the Sheets which are Active (selected) when the Page Setup Dialog is used. (Which is both a blessing and a curse.)

Yes when selecting "Active Pages". I also tried "Entire Workbook" with similar results.

    Hi,
Are you doing this from within the Print dialog (or Print Preview) or from the File-Page Setup menu? If it's the former, try it from the File - Page Setup menu and see if that helps. I believe there are some options that don't get applied to all sheets unless you apply them via File-Page Setup.
    HTH.
