File as in Contacts (Outlook 2002 SP3)

After I have typed in the contact's name and hit the tab key, rather than the name appearing as last name, and first name (Toles, Jan), it will show up as first name, last name (Jan, Toles). I think this started happening before I install SP3 but I am not sure. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Jan, In Tools, Options, Contacts, Contact Options you set the default preferences for which name appears first, last etc. Check what your options are set to and change as necessary

Thanks so much Paul. This did the trick. I had set the "file as" originally to do what I wanted and when it changed by itself, I didn't think to check this again.
