When I click on the Tools-> Accounts menu command, nothing happens. I can't get at my accounts from the Control Panel, I can't get at them from the Tools -> Options -> Mail Delivery -> Account Manager, and I can't Import any accounts (when I click on the action, nothing happens - the window disappears).
This seems to have happened after I upgraded Windows Me to Windows XP.
What I have tried:
Creating a new Administrator account and re-installing Office (totally, including entering the CD Product Key).
This didn't change anything.
Help please.
It's as if the accounts didn't exist.
