    permissions (XP)

Hi can anyone tell me the difference between permissions (right click and properties) and delegates (tools, options) in outlook on exchange? I can't seem to work out what the difference is and why when I choose reviewer permission it still lets the person send emails on my behalf

Within the limited realm of permissions they do the same thing. But the delegate area can do more, like setup sending meeting requests only to delegates. I think you need to see what access the other person has set up for your account in the Exchange server. Maybe they've been added as a user to your account.
