    E-Mailing Records (Access 2000)

    Heeeeeeelllllp!
I know access has a function to E-mail a report - but I can't figure out how to take a single record - and plug it into an e-mail... Can anyone help?

The SendObject command allows you to send tables, queries, forms, reports or modules as email attachments.

So if you just want to send the data of a record, build a query that selects the correct record, then send the query.
If you want to send the record formatted as a report, build a report on the query and send that report.

If you look up sendObject in Help it will explain the syntax and give some examples.
    Regards
    John
