Mozilla: Open New Window (Mozilla 1.2.1)

I've been trying out Mozilla a little while (thanks to BigAl) & generally like it. A few questions though:
1. Is there a list of keyboard shortcuts? (Help doesn't have one)
2. Is there a keyboard shorcut for clicking a link & opening it in a new window. (like IE's Shift+Click). Ctrl+Click opens it in a new tab, but not in a new window. I can right click & choose the first option, but unless there's a shortcut for opening the context menu, it's not the same.
3. One more. Can you set Mozilla to open up with a set of tabs?

Thanks,

Take a look at this page, Phil and see if your #1 and/or #2 are in that list. As to starting with a set of pre-determined tabs, I'll have to look. I think I've seen it somewhere, but don't remember..... Later.....

I found this while rooting around in some of the Mozilla.Org pages:

You can save a window of tabs as a group bookmark by going to Bookmarks | File Bookmark and ticking

Hi Al:
Hey, you rock!! It appears that they don't have a shortcut for opening a link in a new window (that I can see), but there's a whole list to experiment with. I found the same thing about saving a group of tabs as a bookmark, which is what I've done.

I suppose not everyone surfs like I do, but I like to open a bunch of WOPR forums on separate tabs. Then I take a tab & open a 3-5 unread posts in separate windows. After I finish, I close them & go back to the tab. That way I don't lose my place. I had a browser called BrowserExpress, that did load tabs from WOPR & used the IE search engine, but I think it contained spyware (2click.com). I think I'll make a suggestion to Mozilla & see if it flies.

Thanks again.

Here's some more to play with Phil:
Mozilla Keyboard Shortcuts
There are some link shorcuts in the three lists in this first link above; I don't know if any will allow you to open a link in a new window--I'll have to get Mozilla again and try.
Mozilla Bookmarks
Tab Shortcuts Mozilla

Useful Mozilla Bookmarks The link to the Keyboard Shortcuts on this list doesn't work but the other links may be useful to you.

Thank you for this. There is some useful information on these sites. (Unfortunately, there is no shortcut for "open in new window", but I did write them.

Hey Phil, what about if you highlght a link and do Shift-F10. That brings up the context menu that would let you select to open in a new window. Would that not work?

Hi Al:
Thanks for the idea, but it won't work for 2 reasons. First, it's easier just to right click & select the top option on the resulting context menu (which is Open in New Window). Secondly, a different context menu comes up (see below). Thanks for thinking of me.
