    Flagging for follow-up (Outlook 98)

At work we're using OL 98 in a big organisation. Typically people may have messages and other items in their outlook.pst file on the server, but also personal folders in a personal.pst file. It seems that if you transfer a message to a folder in your personal folders, flagging for follow-up doesn't work. You can set a flag, and set a time for a reminder, but the reminder doesn't happen. They work fine if the message is in your mailbox. Is this a 'feature', a flaw, or are we missing something? We've tried setting the flag before and after transferring the item to the personal folders, and neither works.

Reminders don't work outside the default folders. You could use Slovak Extended Reminders though I'm not sure if OL 98 is supported, and it is not free.
