Contact Form/email address problem (Outlook 2000 and 2002)

I have a custom form which was created using Outlook 2000. I now have users with Outlook 2002. When a contact is entered by a 2002 user, everything appears okay. The email display looks correct, but the details of email show the first three characters of the persons name as the Display Name, Email address, email type. Open the same contact in 2002, everything is fine.

The 2002 user has entered a couple hundred contacts. HELP!

    Has anyone seen this before?
Is there a way to correct this going forward?
Is there a way to fix the ones that already exist?

Re: Contact Form/email address problem (Outlook 2000 and 2002)

If this form is published to a public folder you might try renaming frmcache.dat on one of the Outlook2k systems. A new dat file will be created when outlook is restarted and a new copy of the custom from will be downloaded when they go to post in the folder. I don't have high hopes for this. But it's low hanging fruit...
