    Page Not Found (IE6)

It seems that I am getting a "page not found" page almost every time I click a link. I have to go back and reload teh page with the link and then it seems to work. Sometimes I have to hit the link a number of times before it makes the connection. Also, sometimes when I clikc a link, I get data on the page from other prior searches.

For example: I was at the Hyatt site earlier today. When I clikced on the WOPR link, I got a "page not found" message. I clicked the link a couple of more times and then it started to load data from the Hyatt web page that I had accessed a few hours earlier.

I already cleared the cache, cookies, and temp files and rebooted. The issues still seem to be there.

Take a look at the thread starting with <post#=239792>post 239792</post#>, including the links. Note that one of the steps is to delete index.dat. You can only do that from DOS or if you log on as another user. See <post#=165183>post 165183</post#>.

Also, take a look at see if you have a hosts file (no extension). Look inside (it's a text file) & see you if you have entries. If so, rename it & see if that helps.
