Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 222264 (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=222264): 'OL2000: Word E-mail Has Same Font Color as the Message Background.' I use Outlook 2002 and HTML formatting for my e-mail, with Word as my editor. I am getting this font color formatting problem intermittently (possibly, but not certainly, only in replies to e-mails). Instead of font color formatting remaining stable as 'automatic', some or all of my text is being formatted as white text -- and these e-mails therefore seem to be either empty invisible to recipients. Is there some easy way of preventing this happening, or is it a bug with Outlook (2000/2002) and HTML + Word-as-editor. As the problem is intermittent, it is difficult to catch without checking each and every e-mail I'm sending.
Thanks.
