    Bullets

I need some more-creative bullets for a presentation. What I'd like are bullets that represent a dog's paw-print. I tried Mr. Gates's site, and he offers some very nice material, but nothing really out of the ordinary, if y'know what I mean. Question #1: Where can I find some creative bullets? Question #2: Is it possible to convert a ClipArt image into a bullet? If yes, how do I do that?

If you are using PPT 2000 you can use a gif image as a bullet. You should be able to convert simple clip art into gifs using most image editors.

    Re: Bullets

Merci beaucoup! After I posted my question, I went back to PowerPoint and did a little experimenting. I selected the text in a bulleted list, then clicked on Format/Bullets and Numbering.... Next I clicked on the Picture... button in the Bullets and Numbering dialog box. Then I clicked on Import Clips to open the "Add clip to Clip Gallery" dialog box. I set "Files of Type..." to "All Pictures" and went looking for a suitable .jpg file. Son of a gun: It worked! The picture was too small to be useful (a "pinkynail" instead of a thumbnail), but at least now I know how to do what I want to do. And, of course, I can always increase the size of the photo/bullet with the "Size: (% of text size)" tool.
