    Temp folder ezlistng

Running Norton Disk Doctor, it keeps finding time/date stamp errors on the files in /Windows/temp/ezlistng folder. That folder has 150+ files ranging in size from 1KB to 490+KD, all with 32 character mixed alphanumeric names. Does anyone know what created this folder, what is it for, and can I just delete the files to stop the NDD errors?

    Re: Temp folder ezlistng

In theory, everything in the Temp folder can be deleted. Occasionally a program will inappropriately install in that folder, but it is rare. Additionally, some installation procedures use the Temp folder for Temporary storage until your reboot.

If you reboot and the stuff is still there, then I would first simply move the entire ezlisting folder. After a day or two of using your computer without problems, I would completely delete the ezlising folder.
