    Hi,

How can one arc text in Visio on a curved line?

I don't mind using a 3rd party tool if necessary.

    Pls. advise - Thanks,

The quickest thing I can think of since I don't see a Word Art button in Visio, is go into Word, create the curved text with Word Art (on the Drawing toolbar) then copy and paste it into your Visio project.
I just tried it with Word 97 and Visio 5 and it worked great.
    Hope that helps.

I just tested this with Word 2002 and Visio 2002, it put an empty rectangle in the Visio drawing.
I also tried insert object in Visio 2002, but I couldn't find Word Art
That only seems to leave creating the curved text in a graphic program and inserting it as a picture. Yuk.
