Our organization has been having some difficulties recently with opening documents. Here's the background: each of our five employees has created their own document based off the same template. Each employee was asked to update their document. Now the when the boss tries to open any of the documents, he's getting a message saying that the "TemplateName.dot is locked for editing by another user." We're small enough that I've checked with everyone, and no one has their document (based from the template) or the template open. Both the documents and our templates are saved out on our network.
Anyone have any ideas what's going on and if there's something we can do to fix it? Any help is appreciated!!!
