    Change display settings

    All,
I design websites and would like a way to toggle between my resolution and the icky 800x600 resolution without having to go through all of the "are you sure?", "Really?" "Absolutely sure?" buttons.
Ideally I would like a shortcut on my desktop, but would be ok with something else.
    Can anyone help?
    Thanks,
    Amber

    Amber,

There is an online utility that does this at http://www.bcr.org/~msauers/restest.html. There are also a slew of utilities that will do this for you on shareware sites. There is a neat utility that uses alpha transparency to present a grid on your screen here, and and old favorite called BrowserSizer that you might be interested in.

    HTH....and good luck!

    Mark, I like the grid overlay, thanks for this. <img src=/S/clever.gif border=0 alt=clever width=15 height=15> <img src=/S/flags/NewZealand.gif border=0 alt=NewZealand width=30 height=18>
