FIND formula returning error (Excel xp)

I am looking for an A in the T column or an H in the D column. If it's true I want it to put an S. It's putting in S's no matter what. If i take out the ISERROR, i get a #value error. what am i doing wrong? Help! <img src=/S/bash.gif border=0 alt=bash width=35 height=39>

    =IF(OR(ISERROR(FIND("A",T244)),ISERROR(FIND("H",D2 44))),"S","")

The ISERROR() argument returns TRUE when A -OR- H are not found. And you can't just flip the TRUE and FALSE return values, as the logic of ISERROR() will only return the FALSE argument if both A and H are found. You could wrap NOT() around the ISERROR(), but it's easier to use ISNUMBER instead:

    =IF(OR(ISNUMBER(FIND("A",T244)),ISNUMBER(FIND("H", D244))),"S","")

And FIND is case-sensitive, SEARCH not.
