    contact list name display (office xp)

    In my contacts list the names are displayed as:

    George Bush
    Tony Blair
    John Howard

    How can I get it to read Surnames first: eg

    Bush Georg
    Blair Tony
    Howard John

    Not sure exactly where this is in XP, but in OL2K, it's tucked under Tools|Options

    Try the following:
    Tools Menu | Email Accounts
    View or change existing directoryies or address books. Next
    click Outlook Address Book, change
    Click Contacts: YourMailBoxName
    Click File As (Smith, John)
    Close
