No. 6. For some reason I feel an urge to <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #000000; font-weight: bold"><font color=yellow>obtain some money</font color=yellow></span hi>, <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #000000; font-weight: bold"><font color=yellow>eat something </font color=yellow></span hi> and do <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #000000; font-weight: bold"><font color=yellow> some washing up - in a small town </font color=yellow></span hi>

3. ## Re: Try These

No 5. Not the answer you are looking for, but if a guy and a girl go shopping - the girl spends all the money while the guy stands around looking boared <img src=/S/exclamation.gif border=0 alt=exclamation width=15 height=15>. Just like I was shopping in the UK over the weekend.

4. ## Re: Try These

No. 4 Let's see. Hours of sleep = <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #000000; font-weight: bold"><font color=yellow> 12 </font color=yellow></span hi> minus (<span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #000000; font-weight: bold"><font color=yellow> time to wind and set clock </font color=yellow></span hi> plus duration of <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #000000; font-weight: bold"><font color=yellow> almost immediatly </font color=yellow></span hi>) minus <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #000000; font-weight: bold"><font color=yellow>10</font color=yellow></span hi> or about <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #000000; font-weight: bold"><font color=yellow>two hours less a little bit </font color=yellow></span hi>

5. ## Re: Try These

6# - I understand the second of your three references and how it relates to one of the answers but the other two have me stumped. <img src=/S/confused.gif border=0 alt=confused width=15 height=20>

6. ## Re: Try These

Bowlie - you seem to have too much spare time on your hands.

4# - Correct. <img src=/S/bravo.gif border=0 alt=bravo width=16 height=30>

5# - I'd be really interested in what you thought of your shopping trip. How do prices compare with Switzerland?
Do you think you got value for money? What about service?

In French <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #000000; font-weight: bold"><font color=yellow>argent </font color=yellow></span hi> = money therefore <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #000000; font-weight: bold"><font color=yellow> Argentina </font color=yellow></span hi>, eat something 'cause I'm <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #000000; font-weight: bold"><font color=yellow> Hungary </font color=yellow></span hi> and isn't <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #000000; font-weight: bold"><font color=yellow>lux </font color=yellow></span hi> a washing up liquid? In a small town I would have <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #000000; font-weight: bold"><font color=yellow> Lux em bourg </font color=yellow></span hi>

Ok, Ok - Just a little too subtle <img src=/S/evilgrin.gif border=0 alt=evilgrin width=15 height=15>

15. ## Re: Try These

Alright, I give in. "12 o'clock" could be easily misunderstood between noon and midnight, but how come "noon" doesn't mean midday the next day after 10pm (which cannot be misunderstood for 10 am either) - ie. <span style="background-color: #FFFF00; color: #000000; font-weight: bold"><font color=yellow>hours of sleep = 14 minus a little bit</font color=yellow></span hi>?!
