    File Sharing

I just got a new PC and want to transfer some files from my old PC (Windows 95) to the new. However, when I go into the Network folder in the Control Panel, the File and Printer Sharing is greyed out. So, I can't make my folders shared. Any ideas? I'm a home user, not on a network. Thanks.

The easiest way to do this is to take the hard-drive out of your old computer, and put it in your new one as a 'Slave'.

To do this, you will need to shut down your computer, remove your old hard-drive from the old computer, and put it into the new system. This is a scary prospect for anyone not familiar with the innards of a computer, if you need further details, let me know!
