    Appointment Fields Defaults (Outlook 2000)

I have a user who would like to change the default setting when scheduling appointments from Busy to Free (because of the way she enters her time on her calendar). Does anyone know if this is possible?

    Many thanks!

Nothing obvious that I know of, without writing code for a custom "new appointment". A crude alternative is to copy (drag with right mouse button) an existing "free" appointment and then edit it.
