Exporting Info in Read Only (97)

I have a client who wants to send an invoice produced in Access 97 to a client (who doesn't necessarily have Access). A few thoughts I had:
Snapshot - but, I think you need Access to read a snapshot file?
Merge with Word - but, then how do I send the document as read-only?
HTML - but, would I need to create an HTML template first (couldn't find anything to read up on this).
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would look at creating a PDF document if you are concerned about the possibility of it being edited. Otherwise, you could send the snapshot viewer to the recipient - it can be run without having Access installed.

The "official" answer is to use Adobe Distiller - but it's an application you have to buy. If you search Google or the Lounge, you should find several inexpensive products that claim to do the conversion as well.
