    Cancel Button (XL97;SR2)

I have two buttons on a userform, the first is to print reports and the second to cancel the print routine in progress.

What would be the code used to cancel the print routine? There may be times where the EndUser needs to cancel the print code prior to the completion of the print job.

    Thanks,
    John

    John,

You might have to make an API call to cancel the print job. Just a guess.

    John,

I found a MSDN site that has API calls that deal with Printing.

The first button triggers off numerous print requests which sometimes near 500 requests. If I call API will it not cancel just the current print job?

Would it be better to have the second button cancel the code or print request from the first button and just have what ever is in the print que finish printing?
