    viewing powerpoint 2000 (powerpoint 2002)

Some of the powerpoint slides that were created in powerpoint 2000 do not appear correctly in powerpoint 2002. Some of the slides are flipped some are not. What was transparent in 2000 is no longer transparent. Microsoft knowledge base was alot of help. It says to click on it and flip it back. Wonderful!!! Anyone else have this problem? <img src=/S/aflame.gif border=0 alt=aflame width=16 height=16>

Flipping of images from previous versions of PPT is an issue in PPT 2002. Shyam's Unflip addin will fix it.

The transparency issue is different. might be worth a look. I've also seen reports of transparency in PNG files not carrying over to PPT 2002, but I haven't been able to replicate it on my end. I think it may have to do with the way the transparencies were created in the first place.
