Change Line Colors in an Organization Chart (XP)

We have a user who has created an Organization Chart, but she would like just the text visible, not the boxes. However, when she selects a box (or all line connectors), the corresponding Border Colors are greyed out and can't be set to white, transparant, etc.

We have another organization chart where these are enabled, so we can't figure out why this new chart has them disabled???

Does anyone know why this is, and is there a way to achieve the transparant boxes?

    Thanks in advance.

No idea, perhaps some other lounger will know. But I'm curious, what happens if they just select a section of the lines, are the options grayed out then?

    Cheers

Yes. No matter what we selected, it was greyed out?

I actually just created a blank organization chart, and I *could* select it? I wonder if the file is corrupt? I'll test it again on Tuesday.

    Thanks for replying.

Have a great weekend. (P.S. You should see X-Men 2. It is mind-blowingly brilliant. The best movie I've EVER seen!)

    Check this...

Right-click a blank area of the org chart and remove the checkmark from USE AUTOFORMAT in the menu. Now try to change the boxes to whatever color (or no color) you want -- using the normal fill color tools.

Let me know if that works.

The scene with Nightcrawler at the beginning had my jaw on the ground. The Music, the pace, the way they slowed down the sequence in the Oval Office . . . WOW!!!!! .

And the scenes with the F16s. Just brilliant!

Upper Kananaskis Lake and Lower Kananaskis Lake. While it is, perhaps, one of the most picturesque landscapes in North America

I think I have it right - if so it's a drive on a narrow gravel road from Banff or Lake Louise and has a spectacular water fall - we made the trip in a tour bus, and they had to back portions of the route because the turns were too tight for the bus. Then the transmission went out about two miles from our hotel! I agree with picturesque - the trip from Banff to Jasper is absolutely glorious.
