Updating Field from another (2000 or XP)

I was wondering if there was an easy way(I don't know code) to update fields in the same table from another field. Exp. You have a field First Name, Last Name, Full Name. I was wanting to enter the first name and last name and the Full name auto update with that data, or vis-versa.

What is the utility of storing the same data twice in the same table?

There is no need to include a Full Name field in a table. (Start of Standard Rant) It is redundant information, it takes up unnecessary space and you run the risk of inconsistencies. (End of Standard Rant) Instead, create a query based on the table, and create a calculated field in the query:

    Full Name:Trim([First Name] & " " & [Last Name])

When you enter or modify a first name or last name, the full name will be updated automatically. Save this query and use it as record source for forms and tables instead of the table.
