    Multiple Outlook Windows? (XP)

I recall in older versions of Outlook being able to have multiple windows open (e.g., with your contacts folder in one and your inbox in another). I recall you could get to it with the File>New>Window command. But looking in Outlook XP today, I find no such "Window" command on the submenu. Looking at "Customize" to see if I accidentally deleted it, there is no such command listed.

Is this a capability that has disappeared in Outlook XP, or is my memory faulty?

Right click the Folder, there should be an "Open in New Window" option.

Also, if you would like it to open with the multiple windows on the next occasion, close Outlook through Exit, rather than double-clicking either corner Icon. (With thanks to whoever on the Lounge provided this information previously).
