    Folder List (Outlook 2000/XP)

Is there any way to over ride the order in which the folders are sorted? Default is alpha but what if you want some of them in a different order such as more often used closer together and to the top?
    Thanks in advance,
    Glenn

This is when you will use the Outlook Shortcut bar. Just right click and drag any of those frequently used folders to the shortcut bar.

Or, if you dislike the OL bar, prefix your folder names with an alpha or numeric code to get the desired order. And remember to leave gaps in the code sequence if you plan to add more folders, or revise the sequence in future.
