batch file send an email with attachment? (Outlook 2000, Win2K)

I would like to be able to send an email with an attachment in the process of shutting down each day.I'm not allowed to install any software but batch files work fine. Is there any way to command Outlook from a batch file?

You could maybe use a utility like SMTPSend which does not require any email client at all...

You can automate Outlook using VBScript. You will have to answer some security prompts, through, so this could not run unattended.
