Animated clip art directly in word(XP)

Is it possible and if so how to insert an animated piece of clip art and have the animation work directly within the Word Document when viewing it on the screeen and not as an HTML document created in Word and shown in a web browser. Sort of like animating the text under Format-Font-Text Effects command. The text animates when looking at the document in the Word document window.

    Thank you for your help,
    Steve

Not sure about XP, but in earlier versions of Word, animated images simply displayed the first frame: they didn't animate. This is consistent with the use of Word to create printed output (Print Layout view, Print Preview), and the more simplified views (Normal view, Outline view), so I'm not sure it's something that would have changed in Word 2002. Does it animate in Web Layout view? Actually, I think that most "HTML authoring" environments do not show the graphics animating until you preview or publish them - it would be too distracting.

I did some experimenting in Word 2002 with an animated .gif (one of the Lounge smilies). Word 2002 does not display animation in any of its view modes, including web view. As Jefferson pointed out, Word is meant to create printed documents, not on-screen presentations <img src=/S/sorry.gif border=0 alt=sorry width=15 height=15> (but who knows what Word 2007 will bring)
