    Notification (200)

    Hi,
I've created a rule to notify me when messages from certain people arrive. After the notification window pops up, I normally close it. Is it possible to re-open that notification window once it's been closed?

    Thanks.

Not as far as I can tell. If you keep your Inbox down to a smallish number of messages, you could use the Run Now feature against the Unread messages to rebuild the list. (At least I think you can, I stopped the test because it was taking way too long.)

If you just want to find that person's messages, you can (1) click on the From column heading to sort by sender name, or (2) View by Sender (View>Current View>By Sender), or... lots of possible options.

Thanks for this. Where does one find the Run Now feature in Outlook?

In the Rules Wizard window - should be down at the bottom of the window.
