I am developing an application that uses MS access to manage customer contacts. The code automatically send email faxes or prints form letters based on trigger dates associated with it. This is for the sales team to automatically follow up with customers as they are contacted. It also prints lists each day of contacts that need to be contacted by telephone. I need to 'back' this information into MS Outlook contacts folder automatically as it is updated. This will cover problems with maintaining addresses, phone numbers, etc in two different places. Any hints or sample code that you know of to accomplish this? (I am using Visual Basic 6 and Outlook 2000).
