I have gone thru all of the options in Outlook and can not find a way to turn this off. It is becoming a problem because there are so many of these emails, and they have a certain size allocation with their mailbox size. Plus it is curious that this is only happening to a couple of clients, all software has been setup the same

Any thoughts towards turning this off would be appreciated

P.S. Is there a way to search the postings for key words?

Thanks

Mary
