2nd Account cannot access files from first Account (xp sp1 Professional)

I added a second account to windows log on, both the new account and the main account are set as administrator level, but only the first one is password protected. I cannot access files from the first account when logged on to the second account. Since they are both administrator level shouldn't you be able to have free access to the computer???

First account set up on install is Jerome R Klein
Set up second account when logged on as Jerome R Klein through control panel accounts, and set up a new account identity as JRKlein
Relog on as JRKlein. so both accounts ? open
Go to explorer and try to get into certain directories like programs and can't copy files or move files, have to go back to Jerome R Klein To do this.
And can't open some files through explorer by double clicking them
Do I have to add both accounts to some kind of group or domain???

You can NOT open another folder or file if in use. You MUST log out as first user and then log in as the second user. By using switch user both are in use.

Also make sure that the "Make private" is NOT checked on each account name under "Documents and Settings".

Everything is shared with full permissions, but my screen looks different than yours.

I think I figured out what the problem is. Although C drive is marked as shared with full permissions, 1.A LOT OF THE SUBFOLDERS FOR SOME REASON ARE SET AS READ ONLY, 2. Security Permissions are set for "Everyone" but if you add "administrator" and then give full permission you can then see those files ie they are not blocked.
Makes no sense to me why this is, maybe it does to everyone else

Jerome, The read only attribute is displayed automatically for folders with XP. It does not mean the contents of the folder are read only. If you are talking about permissions on shared folders only, see this KB article 328065 - Default permissions for shared folder is read only.
