Where's the address coming from?! (Outlook98/WinNT4)

This is going to sound really silly (at least, I feel really silly not being able to work it out!) but attached are two outlook forms (zipped). FS28 is a holiday request form, and FS30 the reply that comes up when reply is hit.

My problem is this - when you hit reply, the form comes up with an address in the To field - IT Services. This address is no longer valid and I want to change it ... but can I find where it's stored?! I've tried everything from properties/advanced properties of the field and values - default and otherwise - through to the Properties and Actions tabs. Nothing. Nada. Zip. 'IT Services' is not there - but it comes up every time reply is hit.

I wouldn't feel quite so stupid if I hadn't written the form myself in the first place, so I must have known how to do it originally!

    Any help grovellingly appreciated!!!

    Beryl,
In Form Design View, choose View-Options and look at Delivery Options - the IT Services address is specified there.
    Hope that helps.
