Populating fields in a form with (Access 2000)

I'm sure this question has been asked before, however I want to have my (most) of my form fields completed with information from the previous record. The user can then override the changes as necessary. I know the keyboard shortcut to do this, however I'd like it to happen automatically when the new form comes up.

    TIA

See <!mskb=210236>Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 210236<!/mskb>. The article contains a link to download a sample forms database demonstrating the method described there.
