If your application consists of an Access database and/or Word document/template: no, in principle, assuming that you're not planning to bundle copies of Access and Word itself with your app.
You have to be aware that while Word has a very broad user base, since it comes with many PC's, Access is less widespread. If you have Office Developer Edition, you can legally distribute the runtime version of Access to customers who don't have the full version.
It your application includes third-party ActiveX controls, consult your license about distributing them to others.
