formula or macro to calculate days between dates (Excel 2000 sr-1)

Does anyone have a macro or formula for counting the number of days, excluding weekends, between two dates?

    Thanks

    Have a look at

    NETWORKDAYS(start_date,end_date,holidays)

Returns the number of whole working days between start_date and end_date. Working days exclude weekends and any dates identified in holidays. Use NETWORKDAYS to calculate employee benefits that accrue based on the number of days worked during a specific term.

    Hi,
Additionally to the commentary of Maxflia, so that you find this function you need to include the Add-In, Analisis-toolpak.

    "Tools" | "Add-Ins..." and to select "Analisis-toolpak"

    =networkdays(a1,b1,c1:c10)

where a1 is the start date
where b1 is the end date
    where c1:c10 houses holiday dates
