FrontPage lies about file location (97)

I rearranged the structure of my Web site, using FrontPage to do all the file moving. Now, I have lots of files that look right in FrontPage but do not work when uploaded to the server. In investigating the problem, I finally figured out that FrontPage was lying to me regarding the path to the files. For example, if I right click on an image and select Image Properties, it will tell me the Image Source is say "Image.jpg" and if I use FrontPage to view the HTML, it will show the code as:

but if I close FrontPage without saving any files and look at this same file using WordPad, it will give the above code as:

which is not right and that subdirectory does not even exist any more. If I fix the link in WordPad, FromtPage is happy with it and does not change it back but I don't want to have to hunt for all these in WordPad. Is there any way to stop FrontPage from lying to me about paths?

Have you tried recalculating the website?

It never occurred to me to even look for such an option. I found it and it seems to have resolved the problem, all of the links now look right when examined with WordPad. It still bothers me that FrontPage lied to me about the link addresses, however.

    Lying implies an intent to mislead. I prefer, "lost its' mind" <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>.
