    What does one do for system restore in WIN 2000 PRO??

    Trebor, there is no system restore in Win2000 - it's a feature exclusive to WinME and WinXP. You're best to perform backups of the system state and other critical data.

    You could use 'Last Known Good Configuration' by hitting the F8 key upon startup. Also here is a very handy little tool to do more then what WinXP System Restore does. And It works with Win2000. You can get it Here OrHere And it's free. I use it with WinXP.
