Finding an RTF Text control (Access 2K)

I want to be able to copy a grid from Excel and paste it into a RTF control to maintain the display of the data in cells. The generic textbox doesn't do it and I couldn't find an RTF text control.

Does anyone know if one exist, and if so, where do I find it?

If you have Office Pro, you should have the Microsoft Rich Textbox Control, version 6.0. The corresponding file is Richtx32.ocx, in your system folder.
