    Data Extract (VBA) (Excel 2000)

    I have a macro that performs a data extract based on set criteria and copies the data to another location. I have the Unique Records Only value set to true however when the macro runs it does not appear to apply this?

    Worksheets("QualityData").Activate
    Range("AG2").Value = "=""General*"""
    Range("AG3").Value = "=""Forum*"""
    Range("AG4").Value = "=""Group*"""
    Range("QualityData").AdvancedFilter Action:=xlFilterCopy, CriteriaRange:= _
    Range("Criteria"), CopyToRange:=Range("Extract"), Unique _
    :=True

    Can you post a copy of your workbook? Strip everything from the copy that is not needed to demonstrate the problem, and if necessary, replace sensitive data with dummy data. If the result is over 100 K (I hope not!), zip it.

    Thanks Hans

    I was modifying the workbook, replacing data with Dummy Data and the macro works fine so it has to be something with the data, I will gradually add the data back and see which is the offending stuff, but thanks for the help.

    Cheers
