    Templates or Forms (Outlook 2000/SP2)

I have a need to create a standard email that is used fairly frequently with two variables. The 1st variable is in the subject line and the 2nd variable is in the body. Does anyone know of a way that this can be created for use by about 5 different users.

    Thanks,

    Jeff Embry (wi2t@peoplepc.com)

Variable in the Subject? Sounds like you need a MailMerge if you require variables and still the Subject field will be a hard one to develop. With regard to forms/templates, here's a pretty good site to start... http://www.slipstick.com/dev/formpub.htm . Forms can be very flaky... templates are just useless (in my opinion!)... Good luck!
