Selecting and area of text. (Word XP)

I have an outline that I want to select the text of a specific section or sections. To my advantage, I know the starting points and ending points. What line of code will tell my cursor to select everything between those two points?

    1.Introduction
    2 General Information
    3 System Requirements
    filler text of unknown amount
    4 Regulatory Requirements
    filler text of unknown amount
    5 Models

I want to Select everything from 4 System Requirements thru, but not including 5 Models (btw... outline level 1 is Heading Level 1)

I'm thinking that I would do a Search for the phrase "System Requirements/associated with H1" but I'm stuck on how to say select to a specified Endpoint.

When using Word interactively, I think you turn on "extend mode" (there should be a double-click area for this between TRK and OVR on the status bar o press F8 or a combination involving F8) before performing the second search. After the second search, you collapse the selection back to the beginning of the line/paragraph. If you record that set of actions, it may give you the code you need.
