    Saving file as new name when it closes (Word 2000)

    I have a word file which populates with data from Access. After the file is populated, I would like to save it under a different name, so I can attach the file to an email.

    Currently, I have: objWord.ActiveDocument.Close

    I am not sure of what the arguments value could be after the Close

    Thanks

    Rather than Document.Close, you'd want to use:

    ActiveDocument.SaveAs FileName:="Pathname"

    - if you type this code into the VB Editor, you will see all of the additional optional arguments, in case you need any of them.
