Insert option with Dialog Box (Access 97/VB6)

    (Edited by HansV to avtivate link - see <!help=19>Help 19<!/help>) <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>

Either by using the comdlg32.ocx version of a dialog box or by using the Api function, is there a way to display the Insert box instead of the save or open boxes?
As its just a file selector and doesn't actually save the file, altering the Save text on the button to Insert would also work if its possible.

All of the documentation i've found so far describes only save or open.
I looked at the page below which mentioned a file on the ftp site, but havent managed to download it yet:

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default....tml/ima1101.asp

Any help would be much appreciated.

The Common Dialog control has a property DialogTitle that determines the caption of the window (the text in the title bar). To change the caption of the button you need to create a custom hook; this is far from trivial.

Thanks Hans, I didnt think it would be very simple but thought i'd check. Not to worry, I strayed from outlook and had a look at my webmail, I don't think they could work it out either as they used the Open text. Seeing as you've confirmed changing the text isnt easy, If Open is good enough for Blueyonder, its good enough for me!

    Thanks again Hans.
