    Outlook form for Access (ACCESS97/Outlook2002)

I was wondering if there is a way to create a form in an outlook e-mail that can be automated/downloaded into an access database?

There is a programming interface for Outlook that you could use to read fields from a message into Access. I actually have never explored whether this works with user-defined/custom fields, but I have to believe it's possible.

You probably should skim through Microsoft's documentation on developing solutions with Outlook. This might be an interesting place to start the journey: Microsoft Outlook 2002 Developer FAQ
